Bakery mix “Borodynska” is intended for the manufacture of a mixture of rye and wheat flour. Due to the simplicity of mix usage the time spent on bread preparation is significantly reduced, compared to traditional technology. At the same time, the bread has the traditional taste and aroma inherent in this type of bread.
