Magimix™ Rose improver
Magimix™ Rose is an improver produced specially to struggle against “bread rope disease”. It effectively prevents the development of spore-forming bacteria that generate this condition.
Usage benefits:
- guarantee of the prevention and effective struggle against “bread rope disease”;
- considerable improvement of the product’s activity when using poolish and leaven.
Dosage:0,1 - 0,5 % to the flour weight (100-500g for 100kg of flour) depending on the flour quality and type of products;
0,1 - 0,2 % to the flour weight (100-200g for 100kg of flour) for prevention of bread rope disease;
0,2-0,3 % to the flour weight (200-300g for 100kg of flour) in case of high degree of rope bacteria contamination or in order to prevent molding of bakery products;
0,3 - 0,5 % to the flour weight (300-500g for 100kg of flour) for prevention of molding of long-storage bakery products;Packaging:10 kg boxes
