Magimix™ Violet improver
Magimix™ Violet is an improver for puff, pastry products and French loaves’ production.
Usage benefits:
- improves the mechanical processing of dough;
 - improves the stability of shape of the semi-products;
 - provides more defined layers’ structure in the puff yeast products;
 - guarantees crumb’s elasticity;
 - allows getting thin crust of the ready-made products.
 
Dosage:0,5 – 1,0 % to the flour weight
