Magimix™ Green improver
Magimix™ Green is a specially adapted improver that allows loosening gluten network of the product.
- helps to get high volume of products during the processing of the overstrong flour or short gluten flour;
- in case with normal flour the influence of reducing agent favorably affects extensibility: the risks of disruptions are reduced, gluten network develops more quickly and, consequently, the kneading time will be shortened that will positively affect the taste and odour of bread as far as it will be possible to avoid overoxidation (blockings of aromatic molecules);
- Dosage:0,2-0,5 % to the flour weight
