Magimix™ Light Blue is a special improver that is produced for the quick-freezing technique of the dough yeast semi-products.
Usage benefits:
- strengthens the gluten structure;
- improves the mechanical processing of dough;
- improves the stability of shape of the semi-products;
- provides good gas-retaining capacity;
- assists in dough semi-products’ volume increase during baking.
- Dosage:1,5 – 3 % to the flour weight
