Magimix™ Light Green improver
Magimix™ Light Green is an improver specially adapted for the production of goods frozen after proofing: baguette, puff yeast products and pizza. Magimix™ Light Green can be used for products’ baking that are frozen after proofing.
Usage benefits:
- uniformity of the dough body during kneading;
- perfect elasticity of the dough;
- good volume of the products during baking even after several months of storage at the temperature of 18оС;
- decrease in disruptions within semi-products during baking.
